Jana is a customer success driven consultant with almost 20 years of experience of programme management, operational delivery, continuous improvement and business development in corporate real estate.
Jana is experienced in delivering services to customers in both private and public sector, across multiple industries including telecommunications, manufacturing, professional services, education, defence and healthcare.
In her current role as senior consultant with BPM, Jana led programme management and governance of major change projects for customers outsourcing their real estate services, including mobilisation of facilities management across 6,000+ locations, transformation programmes for existing customers and development of new operating models and processes.
Jana leads direct and virtual teams, works in close partnership with customer teams, and is experienced in operating at board and committee levels. Her commercial and business acumen, acquired through formal qualifications and experience, allow Jana to consistently deliver customer success.
