BA (Hons) Furniture Design
Starting in the business of office furniture, Martin soon diversified into workplace solutions – designing & utilising space to optimise business use of its property portfolio. Small scale furniture orders progressed into full re-fits and then project management requirements to accommodate full scale refurbishment projects. This required a route to satisfy this ever-growing market – necessitating the creation of business entities to deliver the office project solutions.
Key relationships have been developed with such diverse businesses as large and traditional blue-chip financial institutions; retail giants and dynamic high end global management consultancies. Martin’s focus is in understanding the organisation, its business drivers and operating needs, in order to translate and deliver the brief.
Martin now assumes the key lead in delivering and coordinating resources for the many and varied BPM clients to ensure each requirement is assured a satisfactory outcome and his resources utilised appropriately. He ensures a strong and professional relationship is fostered –in order to see things from the client’s perspective and ‘end game’ –anticipating and interpreting their requirements for our mutual benefit.
Martin now specialises in workplace & environmental changes within the business operating space and its impact on both corporate productivity and FM services.
